Owning people of Pok(Pakistan Occupied Kashmir)
Since Pakistan occupied Kashmir,Gilgit,Baltistan and China occupied Kashmir(Cok) are part of India, Govt. of India shall officially appoint government officers(in exile) and bureaucrats for those areas under foreign occupation and create office space for them in Kashmir. Officers can also be from occupied areas and they can be moved to India to serve in the offices in India.
Government shall publish a helpline(internet, email, virtual, whatsapp, phone, voip, etc. ) for people of Pok with details of officers, where they can report their complaints and file FIRs with the officers.
Those appointed to the jobs have the responsibility of monitoring incidents in those areas and report all issues to the government. Government shall release a monthly report on atrocities and misdeeds of Pakistani goons who have settled in Pok and pushing Kashmiris out.
Immediately, this will help in monitoring these occupied areas and provide hope to those people who are suffering at the hands of Pakistani Jihadis, ISI and Military including an added angle of chinese interference in Pok. Least it will have added visibility and insights for the world to know about plight of people in Pok and their sufferings.
Moreover, this will help in keeping the officers familiar with Pok, its issues and ready to serve in those areas when India takes them back from Pakistan and China{that day is not far}. All the filed FIRs shall be investigated when India takes back Kashmir and guilty will be punished.
